What is a purchase order?
A purchase order is a form used to request goods and services. It contains a unique purchase order number and tells us what you want, the billing address and the shipping address. The purchase order also allows us to be paid. If your school requires you to have a purchase order number to order from us, we need that number.
Where do I get a purchase order?
A purchase order is normally obtained from your board of education's purchasing department. Some schools don't have to go to their board of education to get a purchase order, instead, they are issued at the school. Some schools don't even issue purchase orders.
Can a parent teacher organization be billed?
Yes, we can bill your PTA or PTO organization when products are shipped to your school.
How long will it take to get my order?
Normally, if the item is in stock, we ship your order the day we receive it or the next business day. How long it takes to be delivered depends on where you live, but most customers can expect UPS/FedEx delivery 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. For non stock items, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
What is a backorder?
When we are temporarily out of an item, we call that a backorder. We sometimes run out of an item when there is a high demand or when the manufacturer is unable to supply us with the item. We can often tell you what the wait will be on a backordered item if you contact our customer service department.
What is a Drop ship?
A drop ship occurs whenever you order an item that we either don't stock or when you order a large quantity of an item we do stock. In either case, we ask the manufacturer to ship your item for us and we call it a drop shipment.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Please add $9.90 for orders with a subtotal less than $66.00. Please add 15% to orders with a subtotal of $66.01 or more. In some instances, shipping on a freight item may be more. If an additional charge on a freight item is necessary, we will contact you with a quote. Shipping calculated by this web site only apply to orders shipping within the Contiguous United States. What are motor freight charges?
United Parcel Service and Fed-Ex Ground are small package delivery companies, they don't accept large and or heavy packages. To ship large and or heavy packages, a freight carrier is required. Their services are expensive and motor freight charges are those charges imposed by a freight carrier to ship something. Please inspect your items before signing for your equipment. If it is damaged, either refuse delivery and/or call customer service while the delivery truck waits.
Do I need to give my credit card number to order on line?
No. If you are uncomfortable giving your credit card number online, you can pay off line by either calling us with your credit card number, or sending in a check with the order.
