What is a purchase order?
A purchase order is a form used to request goods and services. It contains a unique purchase order number and tells us what you want, the billing address and the shipping address. The purchase order also allows us to be paid. If your school requires you to have a purchase order number to order from us, we need that number.
Where do I get a purchase order?
A purchase order is normally obtained from your board of education's purchasing department. Some schools don't have to go to their board of education to get a purchase order, instead, they are issued at the school. Some schools don't even issue purchase orders.
How do I save items to my cart?
To save items in your cart, you need to have an account first (Sorry!). Please see "My Account" at the top of this page or log into your existing account. Items added to your cart while logged in are automatically saved. FYI, items added to your wish list are automatically saved too. To add items to your wish list, please log in and click on the heart symbol (♥) displayed with each product. To retreive items saved to a cart or a wish list, simply log back in to your account anytime from any computer.
What is your Return Policy?
To return merchandise, please contact us by phone or email within 90 days of receipt of the equipment for instructions. If you have an invoice number or packing list available, we will be able to serve you even faster.
On most returns, you will have a choice of receiving new equipment, receiving a credit to your account, or receiving a refund; provided the item is new and unused
For damaged or defective equipment, we email you a postage paid return slip, if possible, Use that to send the item back to us via FedEx or UPS.
Please note: for certain items, usually large items, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20%, plus shipping costs to return the product. There is no returns available on anything custom made.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
This website calculates shipping rates automatically. Sometimes shipping on a freight item, especially going to a rural location, may be more. If an additional shipping is necessary, we will contact you with a quote for your approval, prior to shipping. Shipping calculated by this web site only applies to orders shipping within the Contiguous United States. Inside deliver, delivery notifications and shipping outside the contiguous United States require additional charges. Please call or e-mail us for a quote. How fast do we ship?
Most orders leave our warehouse in Toledo Ohio the same business day they are placed. Most customers can expect to receive their order 1-3 days later. Of course exceptions apply, so if you're in a hurry, we suggest contacting us by email or phone. Does this website store my credit card number?
No, never. When you checkout using a credit card, we use a new technology that replaces your credit card account number, with a unique digital identifier called a Token. Tokens allow payments to be processed without exposing actual account numbers and can't be used to make payments at other merchants, so even if the token is compromised, your card information remains safe. If you elect to have us "save your credit card for future use", we save the token; not your actual credit card number. If you chose to save a credit card, you can delete it anytime by loging in and clicking on the Saved Card Details tab.
