Assemble the system on the ground then tilt onto the ground plate, and secure. If you should ever move, the system can be moved with you. System requires few parts and pieces of hardware to assemble and it comes with an easy-to-follow illustrated installation and assembly instruction booklet. Powder coated for durable good looks.
