Two activities in one! Includes two identical crossing mats. Set them parallel to each other and race across the mats. Or set them end-to-end and have a long crossing challenge. Each mat has 10 sets of hands. A variety of different positions develops upper body and core multiple muscle groups. Made of a neoprene material. Includes activity guide and progression sheet.
