Climbing ropes are a traditional, yet popular piece of exercise equipment for strengthening and toning hands, arms and shoulders. Synthetic ropes have the look and feel of natural fiber ropes without splinters or shedding. These ropes are 1 1/2" thick and come complete with a fitting on top for attaching to the ceiling and a plastic boot on the bottom. Come with Beginner Knots which are placed every 18".
